3. Indicators & subscriptions
Our indicators are technical analysis tools published on TradingView and accessed through TradingView and/or Whop. They are not automated trading systems, signal-for-profit services, or guarantees of profitability. They assist with analysis; they do not make decisions for you.
Paid indicators are sold via subscription through Whop. Pricing, billing, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Whop under their terms. Any free-trial terms are as stated at checkout. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
4. Coaching & mentorship
Coaching and mentorship are educational services intended to help you learn a process and develop your own skills. We make no promise, guarantee, or representation that you will achieve any specific financial result, level of profitability, or success. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own discipline, risk management, and market conditions.
5. Community conduct
Our Discord community and any other forums are provided to support learning. You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully, and not to share others' paid content, post abusive or misleading material, give financial advice to others, or use the community to solicit or defraud members. We may remove content or revoke access for conduct that violates these Terms or the platform's own rules.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, branding ("The T is 4 Trading," "Patience Pays"), indicator code, written materials, and the CISD and Key Candle Method frameworks are the property of The T is 4 Trading and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or republish our indicators or paid materials without written permission.
7. Third-party platforms
We rely on third-party platforms including TradingView, Whop, Discord, and Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.
8. No warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that indicators will perform without defect. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The T is 4 Trading and its operator will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, the indicators, or reliance on any content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
